Panasonic Energy Europe decreases the administrative workload for sales departments by implementing e-invoicing

Panasonic Energy Europe sends out approximately 30,000 invoices annually. The driver for switching to e-invoicing was that sales administrators were spending too much time on sending out paper invoices – they were needed for more value-adding tasks. In order to increase efficiency, Panasonic Energy Europe decided to automate the flow of outgoing invoices.

“It is much cheaper for us if the client receives his invoices via Basware,”
explains Kurt De Smet, Group Manager Finance at Panasonic Energy Europe.
